Venue Walk & Shot Planning
We visit the venue (or review floor plans remotely) to design the camera placement plan. Multi-cam events require specific positions to cover the stage, audience, and B-roll without cameras appearing in each other's shots.
Pre-Event Setup
We arrive 2–3 hours before doors open to set up cameras, audio, and lighting. For keynote coverage, we work with your AV provider to take a clean feed directly from the mixing board.
Live Coverage
2–5 camera operators depending on event size, plus a dedicated audio technician. One operator focuses entirely on cutaway and B-roll coverage — faces in the audience, product demos, sponsor areas.
Same-Day Edits
If same-day social cuts are requested, our editor begins cutting in the venue during the event using selects from the active feeds. Typically delivers 1–3 clips within 2 hours of event end.
Post-Event Deliverables
Full event edit (often 4–10 minutes), individual session recordings, short highlight reel (60–90s), and all same-day cuts, all within 5 business days of the event.
